Just a quick line to thank you very much for helping Reg’s funeral go so smoothly yesterday. It was a surprisingly enjoyable day, both at Respect, and afterwards at the Mount Pleasant. This was due in no small to your efficient arrangements before and during the service, and the very kind and sympathetic way you helped us at a very difficult time. We are sure that the service, and his final resting place, would be exactly what Reg would want.
