Thank you for all you have done for me , the compassionate way you dealt with the funeral arrangements, the advice you gave me – finding Carolyn to conduct the service and your follow up contact. The icing on the cake was the presentation to the AMG carers of the vouchers and I can assure you after you had left there wasn’t a dry eye when we realised just what you had done to ensure that Suzanne would never be forgotten (I know that she would be “gobsmacked” to think that someone had gone to all this trouble for her).
