Kind words, encouragement and appreciation of our team at this difficult time

Dear Gordon, Alison & family, I hope you are all well as can be during these strange & disturbing times. Since this virus struck-my thoughts have been with you & relatives who’ve lost family members. It’s almost a year now since we lost mum & I still remember so well how distraught & ill prepared I was on the day I spoke to you & how from that moment, you calmly helped, comforted & reassured me through such a painful event.I am relieved & fortunate my mum never got to hear about Covid 19 or suffer its effects-I know others aren’t so lucky & I hope you have strength to continue giving the same levels of care & comfort to those families that we received from you & your team.
With every best wish & continued sincere thanks SR
