This is what happened yesterday when our groundsman was strimming.  Fortunately he wasn’t hurt but this could have caused damage had it flown up.    I am not sure if you are aware but there was a large fire in the woods at Laughton a few weeks ago and this was believed to have been started by glass being discarded.

Also please do not put pebbles or stones on as again these can fly up when the groundsman is working and they cannot always be seen.
